The primary access point Narconon will use is actually a shared driveway - used by several residents and quickly overloaded in current conditions. The layout, design and quality of this driveway is not adequate for servicing 80 full time residents in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program PLUS 20 staff PLUS delivery vehicles.
